These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZangCash platform and services. By accessing or using ZangCash as a User, Content Creator, or Business Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any feature of ZangCash, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the ZangCash website, mobile applications, and related services
- "Users" are individuals who complete tasks and earn rewards
- "Content Creators" are individuals who receive tips, donations, and offer paid services
- "Businesses" are entities that post tasks, run campaigns, and promote content
- "Tasks" include social media engagement, app downloads, website visits, reviews, and other digital activities
- "Content" includes all text, images, videos, data, and materials posted on the Platform
3. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit permission from a legal guardian to use ZangCash
- You must be a resident of Kenya or other supported countries
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- One account per person - multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension
- We reserve the right to verify your identity and may request additional documentation
4. Account Types and Services
4.1 Users (Task Performers)
- Complete available tasks including social media engagement, app downloads, website visits, and email signups
- Earn between Ksh 3-50 per task depending on complexity
- Withdraw earnings via M-Pesa with minimum withdrawal of Ksh 50
- Refer friends and earn commission bonuses
- Must complete tasks honestly and follow all instructions
4.2 Content Creators
- Receive "Buy Me Coffee" donations from supporters
- Offer paid shoutouts and personalized content
- Promote personal channels and content
- Set your own rates for services offered
- Must deliver promised content within agreed timeframes
4.3 Businesses
- Post tasks and campaigns for platform users
- Promote brands, increase followers, drive traffic, and boost app downloads
- Target Kenyan demographics specifically
- Pay only for verified, completed tasks
- Access campaign analytics and reporting
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
All users must:
- Provide truthful, accurate information
- Comply with all applicable Kenyan and international laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
Prohibited Activities Include:
- Creating fake accounts or using bots/automated systems
- Posting offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or illegal content
- Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward other users
- Attempting to bypass platform security or payment systems
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or money laundering
- Promoting illegal goods, services, or activities
- Violating third-party terms of service when completing tasks
- Sharing account credentials with others
6. Payment Terms and Financial Responsibilities
6.1 For Users and Content Creators
- Earnings are credited upon successful task completion and verification
- Minimum withdrawal amount is Ksh 50 via M-Pesa
- Withdrawal requests processed within 24-48 hours during business days
- M-Pesa transaction fees may apply as per Safaricom rates
- Fraudulent or incomplete tasks will not be compensated
- We reserve the right to withhold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings
6.2 For Businesses
- Campaign payments must be made in advance before task distribution
- All payments are final once tasks are assigned to users
- Refunds only available if technical errors prevent task completion
- Businesses must ensure adequate account balance for campaign completion
- We reserve the right to pause campaigns for insufficient funds
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
- All ZangCash branding, design, code, and systems are our exclusive intellectual property
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
- We grant you limited, non-exclusive access to use the Platform for its intended purposes
7.2 User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you create and post
- By posting content, you grant ZangCash a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operations
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- We implement security measures to protect user data
- We may share aggregated, non-personal data for business purposes
- Users can request data deletion by contacting support
- We comply with applicable Kenyan data protection laws
9. Platform Availability and Technical Issues
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for losses due to technical failures, internet outages, or M-Pesa system issues
- Users should report technical problems promptly to support
10. Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 Grounds for Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms or community guidelines
- Fraudulent activity or attempted system manipulation
- Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
- Providing false information during registration
- Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
10.2 Termination Process
- We will provide notice when possible before termination
- Users may appeal termination decisions within 30 days
- Upon termination, all pending earnings will be forfeited
- Users may request data deletion following account closure
11. Dispute Resolution and Complaints
11.1 Internal Resolution

- We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days
- Escalated disputes may require additional documentation
11.2 External Resolution
- Unresolved disputes may be referred to appropriate consumer protection authorities
- Users may seek resolution through Kenyan courts as a last resort
12. Advertising and Marketing Compliance
- All advertisements and campaigns must comply with Kenyan advertising standards
- Businesses must not promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Health, financial, and pharmaceutical ads require additional verification
- We reserve the right to reject campaigns that violate content guidelines
- Political advertising must comply with electoral commission requirements
13. Taxation and Legal Compliance
- Users are responsible for reporting earnings to Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) as required
- Businesses must ensure campaigns comply with consumer protection laws
- We may provide earnings statements for tax purposes upon request
- Users should consult tax professionals for guidance on their obligations
14. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
- Users who disagree with changes may terminate their accounts
15. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
- ZangCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by users in the preceding 12 months
- We do not guarantee specific earnings or campaign performance
- Users participate at their own risk and should exercise due diligence
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or M-Pesa system failures.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZangCash.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya, with Nairobi as the preferred jurisdiction.
