3. Where does the money come from?
Donations come exclusively from Kenyan businesses that partner with ZangCash Pay. In return, these businesses receive advertising space on our website, gaining exposure to our over 100,000 monthly visitors.
For Individuals Applying for Support
4. How do I apply for financial support?
To apply for financial support, visit our Application Page, fill in your details, and pay a non-refundable Ksh 100 processing fee via M-Pesa. We will review your application and notify you of the outcome within 7 working days.
5. What types of bills can I get help with?
ZangCash Pay assists with paying various types of bills, including:
- Rent

- Medical bills
- Shopping expenses
- Loan repayments
6. How long does it take to receive funds?
Once your application is approved, funds are disbursed to your M-Pesa account within 7 working days from the time of application submission.
7. Is there a fee to apply?
Yes, there is a non-refundable Ksh 100 processing fee, which is required to submit your application.
8. Can I apply more than once?
Yes, you can apply again if you need further assistance, but each application requires a new Ksh 100 processing fee.

Businesses can donate by registering as partners on our Partner Registration Page. After registration, you can choose your donation package and make payments via M-Pesa.
10. What benefits do businesses get by donating?
In exchange for donations, businesses receive advertising space on our website. This ensures that your brand is seen by over 100,000 monthly visitors, helping you increase visibility while contributing to a great cause.
11. How do I track the impact of my donation?
We provide regular updates to businesses about how their donations are helping individuals across Kenya. This allows you to see the tangible impact your company is making.
12. Can businesses choose specific categories to support?
At this time, all donations go into a general fund, which is used to support individuals based on their need. However, you can always specify in your partnership profile if you’d like your donation to focus on specific causes (e.g., school fees, medical aid).

All payments, whether for donations or the application processing fee, are securely processed through M-Pesa, ensuring fast and safe transactions.
14. How will I receive the financial support?
If your application is approved, the funds will be disbursed directly to your M-Pesa account, allowing you immediate access to the support.
15. Is there a limit on how much financial support I can receive?
