Welcome to ZangCash Pay! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ZangCash Pay website and services, you (the user) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies related to your use of our services. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and ZangCash Pay.


2. Eligibility

To use ZangCash Pay, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be a resident of Kenya.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid M-Pesa number and meet our verification requirements.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you are prohibited from using our services.


3. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must first register an account. During registration, you will be required to provide specific details, such as:

  • A copy of your ID card
  • Your KRA PIN
  • A valid M-Pesa number
  • A valid email address

4. Services Provided

ZangCash Pay offers financial assistance for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Paying school fees
  • Loan repayments
  • Shopping assistance
  • Paying utility bills

5. Application Process

Once your account is verified, you can apply for financial assistance. The application process involves the following steps:

  1. Login to your account on the ZangCash Pay platform.
  2. Submit Application: Select the amount and purpose for which you require assistance.
  3. Processing Fee: Pay a non-refundable processing fee of Ksh 100.
  4. Review and Approval: Your application will be reviewed, and if approved, funds will be disbursed.

If approved, the funds will be either transferred to your M-Pesa account or paid directly to our business partners for goods or services. More details on the application process can be found on our How It Works page.


6. Non-Refundable Processing Fee

Ksh 100 processing fee is charged for every application submitted. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs associated with processing your request. For additional information, refer to our FAQ.


7. Approval and Disbursement

All applications are subject to review. ZangCash Pay reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. If your application is approved:

  • Funds will be disbursed to your M-Pesa account or paid to business partners for your purchases.
  • If the application is rejected, the processing fee will not be refunded.

8. User Responsibilities

As a ZangCash Pay user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and application.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Keep your account details, including login credentials, confidential.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.


9. Privacy and Security

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the policy.

While we employ security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any information transmitted over the internet.


10. Limitation of Liability

ZangCash Pay shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Any delays in the disbursement of funds or errors in data submission.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated by updating this page. We encourage you to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
