Step 2: Verify Your Account

Account verification is essential to ensure the security and integrity of our platform. To verify your account, you’ll need to submit:

  • copy of your ID card
  • Your KRA PIN
  • 6 to 12 months of M-Pesa statements
  • valid email address
  • Your M-Pesa number

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Once verified, you can apply for financial assistance. Go to the Apply for Cash page, where you’ll provide the amount you’re requesting and the specific purpose (e.g., paying school fees, rent, or other bills). This information helps us evaluate your application and match you with the appropriate resources.

Step 4: Pay the Processing Fee

A non-refundable processing fee of Ksh 100 is required to submit your application. This fee covers the administrative costs of reviewing and processing each application. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.

Step 5: Application Review

Our team will review your application thoroughly to ensure it meets our criteria. We value transparency and aim to make the review process as quick as possible. Once submitted, you can monitor your application status in your My Account page.

Step 6: Receive Your Funds

If your application is approved, the funds are disbursed directly to your M-Pesa account. Alternatively, you can choose to have the funds sent directly to one of our trusted business partners to pay for goods and services. Check out our Partners page to see the businesses we collaborate with.

Step 7: Utilize Your Funds
